Shipping policy

Kidora Play ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days after processing. Large items such as ride-ons and play equipment may take longer.

Shipping cost: Any applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Multiple items: Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.

Delays: We aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control once an order has shipped.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
